- 2 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic (+ garlic powder to season veggies)
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 5 tsp packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp honey (optional)
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 3/4 lbs Top sirloin steak (thick), cutinto 1 1/4 inch pieces
- 1 red onion cut into 1 1/4 inch pieces
- 2 bell peppers mixed colors, cut into pieces
- 1 zuchini cut into 1 1/4 inch pieces
